Halo Water Proofing is a KY-licensed Exterior Waterproofing company that treats every Monticello job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Monticello technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Monticello crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Monticello technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Monticello crews hear about most.
Odor is often the very first clue Monticello homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Small cracks in a Monticello foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A Monticello sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
This is one sign we tell Monticello customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
No two Monticello basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
Storm season keeps our Monticello emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Monticello foundation cracks with polyurethane injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →A failed sump pump is the top reason for emergency calls across Monticello after heavy rain — we install pumps sized to your actual water volume, plus battery backup for power outages.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Monticello homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Monticello commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations keep running.

We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
Plenty of companies advertise Exterior Waterproofing in Monticello — here's what actually separates the ones worth calling from the ones that aren't.

Word of mouth is still how most Monticello customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
If a covered repair doesn't hold up, we come back and make it right — no arguing, no extra invoice. That's written into every Monticello contract we sign.
